Stephanie started her career in the field almost 20 years ago as a direct support professional for children with autism after earning her bachelor’s degree from Marian College in elementary education. She then served as a Medicaid waiver case manager for adults and children.  Stephanie found her passion for behavior services and began providing behavior consultation services for adults in group homes and earned her Masters of Arts in Special Education.  After serving as the director of behavior and maintaining a small caseload for another agency for five years, Stephanie missed primarily providing behavior consultation services. She came to Insights in December 2019 and began to expand her caseload for behavior consultation.  She follows a positive behavior support philosophy with a team approach.  She works with both children and adults to increase positive skills for more independence.
