Nick graduated from Adrian College in 2015 with a Bachelor’s in Elementary Education. He also holds a Master’s in Applied Behavioral Analysis from Ball State University, earned in 2022. Nick has worked with people with physical and intellectual disabilities in a professional and volunteer capacity for 20 years. Professionally, Nick worked in a school environment as a teacher and in a special education room. He has previous experience as a Direct Service Provider for children, adolescents, and adults. Nick previously ran a summer/winter camp and after school program for adolescents with physical and intellectual abilities. There, he helped to provide direct services, plan activities and outings for participants, and manage a staff of 20-30 people. In a volunteer capacity, Nick participated in the launch of TopSoccer, a soccer program for children of all abilities. He has experience working with varying diagnoses, including Autism, Down Syndrome, TBI, ODD, and Cerebral Palsy, and Developmental Delay. In his spare time, Nick enjoys golf, soccer, and spending time outdoors with friends, family, and his 2 dogs, Koda and Arlo.
