Leah is a part-time Music Therapist and Coordinator of Quality Outcomes for the Therapeutic Supports team. Originally from northwest Ohio, she graduated from Cleveland State University in 2019 and completed a music therapy internship in a variety of settings including nursing homes, hospice, schools, hospitals, and private sessions. Leah is very passionate about self-determined practice and the neurodiversity movement. She also had an opportunity to work with and do research on music therapy treatment for stroke survivors and those with traumatic brain injury. Chasing her passion to creatively increase efficiency and organization, Leah has switched gears and enjoys working with the wonderful therapeutic supports leadership team since January 2022. In her spare time, Leah enjoys rock climbing, drawing and embroidery, as well as playing video games on her new PC.
