Laura graduated from the University of Indianapolis with her Masters degree in Social Work. Laura has Bachelors degrees in Psychology and in Criminal Justice. She has worked as a behavior consultant and life coach to special populations, and focuses on a wide variety of growth areas including life skills, emotional regulation, and self care. Laura teaches art as a coping skill so clients may develop healthy ways of expression and self fulfillment. She has worked with Mary Rigg Community Center leading small groups, serves on Indianapolis’ School for the Blind’s No Limits Committee, and served as a field instructor for BSW and MSW students. Laura is a strong believer in utilizing positive behavior supports so that clients may work towards becoming more independent and leading rich and fulfilling lives.
