Susan studied social work, human development and family studies. She is proud so say that both of her degrees came from Indiana University. Susan has been seeing clients independently in private practice since 1997, almost 22 years. You can expect an individualized treatment focus through a style of therapy that encompasses many schools of thought including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Family Systems, problem solving, communications skills and general support, among a few. She is open to seeing all ages, 4 and up. She is proficient with issues related to Anxiety, Depression, Grief/Loss, Adjustment, Relationships, Anger Management, Women’s issues, Abuse and Trauma, behavior problems and ADHD. She is also an ally and aware of issues related to LGTBQ and the intricacies of open relationships.
