After graduating from Indiana University at Bloomington with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Sarah began providing support services to individuals with developmental disabilities and emotional/behavioral challenges. She began working as a Professional Mentor assisting youth in developing skills, stabilizing behavior and creating critical support systems. She has worked as a Behavior Support Instructor providing education, social-recreational, and daily living skills to individuals with behavioral challenges and was a Case Manager for individuals receiving services through the Medicaid Waivers for 7 years.
Sarah came on board with Insights Consulting in 2008 as an intern while working on her Masters degree in Counseling and upon completion, became a Behavioral Consultant. She has experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorders and traumatic brain injury. Sarah strives to empower those she supports by focusing on strengths that facilitate success and independence. She is driven by her passion to better the lives of the families and people she supports.
