Riley joined Insights Consulting in 2013 working as a direct support professional during her college summer breaks. Riley attended Eastern Kentucky University where she was a proud member of the dance team, Alpha Delta Pi Sorority, and the honor’s society for Psychology. Riley graduated from Eastern in 2016 with a Bachelor’s in General Psychology and a minor in American Sign Language. After undergrad, Riley attended Ball State University where she graduated with a Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis and a certificate in Autism.  In 2018, upon earning her Master’s degree, with 6 years of direct support experience at Insights, she joined the Therapeutic Supports Team as a Behavioral Consultant.  Riley works with individuals with IDD and co-occurring mental health diagnoses.  She also supports individuals with rare genetic disorders such as William Syndrome & Prader-Willi syndrome.  Riley is currently accepting clients in the Hancock, Hamilton, & Marion County areas.
