Erin Shadle earned her undergraduate degree in Human Development and Social Relationships, with a primary focus in psychology and African/African-America Studies, from Earlham College. After obtaining work experience in various service settings including inpatient, community mental health, and the waiver program she pursued her Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Ball State University. She has worked with a variety of populations with diverse issues. Erin has worked for Insights Consulting for the past 10 years as a Behavioral Consultant. She feels a strong connection to the company’s focus being on an individual’s capabilities and potential. Erin works from an integrative theory approach in order to “see the whole picture” and is trained in EMDR. She believes the individuals she serves and those who support them are the most knowledgeable and her best resource from which to provide positive behavioral supports.
