Ericka Pinkston started her career working with people with developmental disabilities in 2002 where she worked at a Direct Support Professional in Fort Wayne, Indiana. One year later she transferred to Indianapolis where she continued to work for area providers. Ericka started with Insights in October of 2007 as an Educational Mentor to one of our behaviorally challenged consumers. After working one on one with her in a school setting for about a year and a half the consumer was no longer having any significant behavior issues and Ericka eventually worked herself out of that position. She was transitioned into a Team Leader role shortly after and was responsible for two different residential sites. After two years of being a Team Leader, Ericka was promoted to the Coordinator of Quality Outcomes position. “I absolutely love the Insights TEAM approach and seeing the lives of the individuals whom we serve change for the better every day! “ says Ericka.

In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her daughter, making people beautiful as a hair stylist, shopping, interior design, working out, and traveling.
