Abigail Klemm

Music Therapy

Abby is a recent graduate of the  University of Dayton with a Bachelor of Music degree in Music Therapy and completed her clinical internship leading 1:1 and group sessions with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities. Her experience working with individuals with disabilities began in elementary school by volunteering in the Special Education classroom. She has also volunteered and interned with SonRise Camps, a Bethesda Lutheran Communities camp in Anderson, IN. Abby has experience working with individuals of a variety of ages with a variety of diagnoses, including dementia, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Cerebral Palsy, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and others. She has recently completed a self-study on making connections in music therapy sessions. Originally from Indianapolis,  Abby is excited to return to Indiana and pursue her passion of helping people connect and discover their self-worth through the power of music.
